I started Knight Labs to build the kind of websites and software I wanted to see for small businesses — custom, fast, customer-owned, and free of monthly subscriptions for things that don't need them.

Big agencies treat a $2,000 website like a chore. Page-builder platforms treat your business like a template. I treat it like what it is: the front door of something you built. Worth doing carefully, worth doing once.
